1. Legal Entity & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by MINEO HOLDINGS LTD, a company registered in the Seychelles under Company No. 234190, with its registered office at Suite 1, Second Floor, Sound & Vision House, Francis Rachel Str., Victoria, Mahe, Seychelles ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

MINEO HOLDINGS LTD provides a cloud mining platform allowing users to purchase computing power ("Hashrate") for the mining of cryptographic assets. Returns and yields generated from mining operations are distributed according to the specific parameters of the contract purchased.

3. Contract Execution & Capital Lock

Upon purchasing a mining contract, your capital is strictly locked for the entire duration specified in the contract terms (e.g., 6, 12, or 24 months). Early withdrawal of the principal investment is strictly prohibited.This lock period is necessary to deploy hardware and secure energy contracts on your behalf.

4. AML / KYC Policy

To comply with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, MINEO HOLDINGS LTD reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity, large deposits, or unusual withdrawal patterns will be temporarily restricted pending full identity verification. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

5. Risk Acknowledgment

Risk Warning: Investing in crypto assets involves risk. Only invest what you can afford to lose.Mining difficulty, asset prices, and network conditions fluctuate wildly. While we strive to provide accurate yield projections, we do not guarantee specific future returns. You acknowledge that you fully understand the risks associated with cryptocurrency mining.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Seychelles, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seychelles.
